Lead Consultant for a 67 lot residential subdivision in the Lockyer Valley, Queensland, spread across approximately seven stages, Barcon is currently providing development management for Stage 1A (67 lots) and is leading the consultant team to deliver the operational works and construction approvals.
This new Sewer Pump Station involves all civil works for the installation of a new Unity Water Sewer Pump Station. The scope includes associated sewer and stormwater connections, as well as the construction of a concrete driveway, landscaping, and perimeter fencing to complete the site works.
