Starting her entrepreneurial journey at 19 with a Diploma in Agriculture, Emma co-founded her first business, providing environmental and conservation services. Over the years, she has led multiple successful ventures in environmental, construction, and civil sectors, ultimately leading the second generation of her family business focused on land subdivision, civil construction, and resources. Emma’s leadership, industry knowledge, and resilience in a male-dominated field are the driving forces behind her success and the continued growth of her family’s business.

Jock is an experienced and dedicated Project Development Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in architecture and project management. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Architecture, equipping him with an understanding of design, construction, and spatial planning. With his comprehensive academic background and years of hands-on experience, Jock leads the project development team with a clear vision, strategic approach, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Joel Barry
As Construction Manager, Joel provides the conduit to the workforce with strong leadership, people management and an efficiency driven approach. With 35 years’ experience in the industry managing people, teams and resources on various projects across Eastern Australia, including National Infrastructure Projects, Commercial Developments, Greenfield Sites, Environmental Projects to Land Subdivision. Joel b rings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team through his mentorship and drives all working under his tutor.

Kelsie combines her expertise in management and Real Estate to support our property development and civil construction projects. With a Class 2 Real Estate license and three years of experience in the industry, she has a strong understanding of market trends, property evaluation, and transaction processes. Kelsie’s ability to connect client needs with construction requirements helps drive projects forward, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
